❌ When are refunds not eligible?

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • The product was downloaded and used, especially in live or client projects

  • The request is made after 14 days

  • You purchased during a promotional or discounted offer (such purchases are final)

  • You are unable to provide a valid reason or refuse to cooperate during the review process

As our products are digital downloads, we reserve the right to decline refund requests if we believe the product has been used or redistributed.
