CodedThemes provides three convenient support channels:

Best for: Anything that needs tracking, attachments, or developer follow‑up (bugs, installation issues, licensing queries).
How to use: Submit a ticket from your Account → Support / Order History page or via the Contact form.
Best for: Quick, lightweight questions (pre‑sales, where-do-I-find-X, basic clarifications).
What to expect: Real-time or near real-time replies during business hours. Complex issues may be moved to a ticket.

Best for: When you can’t log in or need to reach us directly with all details (Order ID, product name, screenshots, logs, etc.).
Tip: Always include your Order ID, product/framework, and a brief problem summary to speed things up.
Target first response: within 24 business hours.
Complex issues / bug fixes: may take longer depending on investigation and release cycle.
Weekends & holidays: Replies may be slower or handled on the next business day.
