  • Best for: Quick, lightweight questions (pre‑sales, where-do-I-find-X, basic clarifications).

  • What to expect: Real-time or near real-time replies during business hours. Complex issues may be moved to a ticket.

Email Support

  • Best for: When you can’t log in or need to reach us directly with all details (Order ID, product name, screenshots, logs, etc.).

  • Tip: Always include your Order ID, product/framework, and a brief problem summary to speed things up.
